Refund policy

Due to the nature of our work and products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For sanitary and health purposes we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If an item is believed to be defective, please email us directly at info@facedbybeauty.com within 3 days from delivery. Defective items need to be addressed within 3 days from delivery. If the product is deemed defective by Faced by Beauty, LLC you may be eligible (but not guaranteed) a replacement of the same item. No Refunds will be issued.

To see if you're eligable for an exchange on your item/s, the following information in your request is required:

  • Full Name
  • Order #
  • Reason for request
  • 2-3 Pictures of your damaged or defective item/s

Customers are responsible for all return-shipping fees, and it is not refundable by Faced By Beauty, LLC.
